How to Play
You're the mayor! Generate a map you like, name your city, and start building: homes need Residential zones, jobs need Commercial and Industrial ones — and everything needs power and roads.

Tips
- ★ Start small: one power plant, a few roads, and R/C/I zones close together.
- ★ Roads and power lines must actually connect — no power, no growth!
